Every year, from early September to end of December, we come into Busy Season.

Busy Season, mainly means we are very busy in these months. We receive more orders than usual from our customers, so our 

factory is quite busy producing the orders.

It is important we keep high quality products in this busy season as well as in usual occasions. Due to our well-established QC system, this is not a challenge which most factories meet, but just a piece of cake for us. Firstly, we purchase 

some stock of raw materials and spare-parts to meet the possible orders. Secondly, larger personnel are in charge of QC tasks. This personnel are from normal worker 

of our production line, and they have finished a QC training project which qualifies them to the QC tasks. When not in busy 

season, they are normal workers, while in busy season they are QC labors. At the same time, there will be longer working time.

The major reason of why busy season comes into being is that there are lots of holidays in western countries in these months, 

such as the Halloween, the Xmas, the Thanks-giving and so on.
