How to Set Wallpapper for Your USB Flash Drive

When open your USB drive on computer, a white background comes into your sight. 

That’ s dull, every time the same blank. Need some changes to make it funny? 

That’ s easy. Just follow the four steps below.

 You can set any picture as a background, such as you girlfriend’ s photo or your company LOGO. 

This is just like that you set your computer wallpaper, and the picture or photo is required in format of .jpg or .png. 

Now, let’s have a try:

A> Copy your desired picture to your USB drive. We suppose its name is “cwcusb”.

B> Built a .txt file in your USB drive. Write the code below in this file:

[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}] 
IconArea_Image=cwcusb.jpg

Note, the “cwcusb” in the last line should be the same as the picture name we built in step A.

C>Save this file as “Desktop.ini”. Note here we changed the format of file as ini. 

After finish this step, you can see an icon in your disk:

D>Refresh, then remove you USB drive and reconnect it to your computer.

Finish! Now you can watch your wonderful work.

To avoid erasing these files accidentally, we can set these file in hid status.

Further more, you can change the picture transparency to get a perfect sight.
